Info When
will my order be shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders processed this season, orders are
normally shipped from Toronto within 5 business days from the date
we receive your order (except holidays). You can look up the status

How
much is shipping?
Shipping and Handling is included in the purchase price. For orders
to be shipped outside North America (Canada and Continental USA),
a $2 shipping charge applies. Express shipping within North America
as well as International Registered Air Mail for all other countries
are also available for an additional fee.
How
is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post First Class Air Mail within North
America and express delivery service via Canada Post Xpresspost.
Overseas orders are shipped by Air-Mail.
When
will my order arrive?
From the time your order is marked as "shipped", it can
take from 5 business days to eight weeks for your order to arrive
within North America via First Class Air Mail. On average, most
US orders arrive in around 7 business days. The delivery window
for all North American orders is eight weeks.
XPRESSPOST
shipments take 3-5 business days to arrive in the USA and Canada.
Are
other delivery methods available, such as express courier?
Yes!. All orders under $48 are sent via Air Mail for free. For an
additional fee, express shipments are sent via Trackable XPRESSPOST
within North America, and Trackable Registered International Air-Mail
to the rest of the world. Both XPRESSPOST and International Registered
are trackable online.
What
about large orders?
Orders over $48 receive FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post / US
Mail XPRESSPOST to the USA and Canada, or International
Registered Airmail worldwide. Orders shipped via XPRESSPOST
are issued a tracking number, and normally arrive in 3-5 business
days. International Registered ships at the 1st-Class Air Rate and
is also trackable online.

How
are Credit Cards Handled?
Customers
can select products for purchase and add them to a virtual "Shopping
Cart" provided by CCNow. When finished shopping, the customer
presses the Checkout button and enters his/her credit-card and
shipping information to complete the sale. CCNow administers the
shopping-cart software, the credit card transaction processing,
and other customer service functions. All orders are then billed
to customers as "CCNow". Internet entrepreneurs around the world
have made CCNow the preferred solution for marketing tangible
merchandise on the Web.
Does
CCNow Use SSL Encryption?
Yes. CCNow's shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on your
browser, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt sensitive
data such as credit card numbers. While
selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, you are
in Non-Secure Mode. After you press the Checkout button, we switch
to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.
All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard, but you can
choose to checkout using Non-Secure Mode if necessary.
Which
Credit Cards are Accepted?
CCNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus
cards.
What
if I have a Billing Question?
All credit card billing inquiries are dealt with by CCNow who
can be contacted toll free at 1-877-CCNOW-77.
What
will my order appear as on my Credit Card Statement?
Because all orders are handled through CCNow -- our authorized
online retailer -- your order will appear as "CCNow"
on your statement and NOT "From the Reverend's Garden"
or "The Somni-Store".
Why
is there no sales tax added to my order?
Because of our special relationship with CCNow, users ordering
by credit-card do not have to pay any sales tax. CCNow is located
in Delaware, which has no state sales tax. Since you are being
billed by CCNow and not The Somni-Store, you do not have to pay
any sales tax on your order.
