Many of the sites that have supplied dried poppy pods in the past no longer do so because of people calling them up and asking stupid questions. Poppy pod dealers are usually legitimate businesses that deal in all sorts of craft productsn and are in no way involved in any "scene".
Having people call them up asking dumb questions like:
"How potent are your pods?"
"How many pods do I need to get high?"
is sure to raise a few eyebrows. As a result of an influx of questions like these, some former suppliers have yanked pods from their stocks, or have shut down completely. This doesn't help anyone.
If you really want to find sources for poppy pods, use google -- it's not very difficult. If you get to know other members of the community, there's nothing we can do to stop you from contacting them directly via PM or email to find out.
Anyone who actually has to use a little effort to find sources is less likely to call up and ask silly questions. It is for this reason that we no longer allow names and URLs to be posted publicly.
Suppliers can be referred to by initials only in the commercial sources forum. References to commercial vendors should be limited to the commercial sources forum only.
