There are two things could be the issue.

1. You have not yet validated your account by clicking on the link in the e-mail that was sent to you by the forums when you joined.

2. You are trying to post into a restricted forum, and have not put your time in.

Please be patient, and concentrate on posting elsewhere. After you reach a certain level of participation, your account will be automatically upgraded to "Somniphile" status and all access restrictions will be removed. NOTE: please post topics only in the appropriate foums.
