No. Messages should be posted ONLY in the appropriate forum. If you do not have permission to post a topic in a particular forum, do not post the same thing in a different forum just because you don't have permission.

Also, do not post the same topic in more than one forum. Similarly, do not just post all of your messages in the "General Discussions" area because you think it will get "more exposure". Cross-posting and posting in incorrect forums will result in either your threads being locked or deleted, and you'll probably have your account temporarily suspended. So don't even try.
